This is a tool for extracting Japanese strings from source code.
Extract only the Japanese messages, ignoring the comments.
Also, add the comment "TODO: Japanese message" to lines containing Japanese strings.
Supports C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Go, Swift, Kotlin, PHP, Scala, and Rust.
All processing is completed within the device. No data is sent to the server.
